As we continue to expand into new geographies and support large-scale projects, we are looking to onboard an Assistant Manager – Finance (Business Partner) to strengthen our finance leadership team. What You Will Do
* Partner with business unit heads to understand operational drivers, challenges, and opportunities, shaping segment strategy with clear financial perspectives
* Provide data-driven insights to influence strategic and tactical decisions.
* Offer financial and contractual guidance to enhance operational performance, profitability, and risk management.
* Support commercial negotiations, contract reviews, pricing strategies, bids, and evaluations.
* Act as finance liaison for cross-functional teams including operations, sales, legal, procurement, and HR.
* Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management.
* Build financial models for strategic initiatives and investment cases.
* Track KPIs, identify risks/opportunities, and support cost-optimisation and margin-improvement initiatives.
* Oversee accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal audit controls.
* Drive automation and digital transformation in finance processes.
* Support the CFO in managing global finance functions including accounts, treasury, tax, audit, and compliance.
What We Are Looking For
* Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent; a law degree is an advantage.
* 7+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 2 years in a business partnering role.
* Strong skills in financial analysis, modelling, negotiation, contract management, and decision support.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management abilities.
* Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).
* Experience in the oil & gas sector preferred.
* Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
* Collaborative, proactive, and able to influence without direct authority.
* High integrity, attention to detail, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
