* Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled Medical Professional to provide clinical care, case management, and health evaluation services to our employees.

* Responsibilities: Obtain comprehensive medical histories, perform physical examinations, order diagnostic tests, and make diagnoses. Select, administer, and/or request medications, physical therapy, specialist consultations, and recommend work restrictions or limitations as necessary. Assess employees with work-related injuries or illnesses and/or personal medical conditions to determine their fitness for duty. Assist in emergency response at the site, coordinating with Emergency Services and Security to provide medical consultation for emergency responses and training for site emergency teams.

* Additional Responsibilities: Develop specific health evaluation plans for designated employee groups and evaluate workplace risks from chemicals and physical agents, exposure information, regulatory norms, and Dow requirements to determine test needs and frequency for group employees. Provide health evaluation services.

Requirements:

* Education and Experience: A degree in Medicine is required, with specialization in Occupational Health desirable. Proficiency in English language reading skills is essential. Full-time availability (8 hours) is required.

* Desirable Qualifications: Previous experience in the role is highly valued.
