UI/UX Designer Role
The primary goal of this role is to develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web-based SaaS products. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI components. Key responsibilities include enhancing the usability and visual consistency across the platform, collaborating with product managers and engineers, applying UX thinking to simplify complex interfaces, maintaining and evolving design systems, incorporating feedback from stakeholders, and supporting marketing initiatives.
Key qualifications for this role include proven experience as a UI/UX Designer working on SaaS products, strong preference for experience in fintech or data-heavy platforms, solid understanding of UX principles, strong visual design skills, advanced proficiency in Figma, ability to communicate design decisions clearly in English, and comfort working independently in a part-time setup. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
