 
        
        Project Management Leadership Role
This position oversees project portfolio, coordinates cross-functional teams, and ensures timely and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Manage project management and program management functions across the company
 * Oversee business operations internal to the organization
 * Coordinate trade shows and holiday market events (staffing, logistics, planning)
 * Travel for trade shows and events as needed
 * Develop annual and quarterly plans for the company
 * Determine departmental KPIs for goal setting
