The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, outreach, and lead generation, helping expand our client base for software and engineering services.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prospect potential clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and other outbound channelsBuild and manage a pipeline of qualified leadsConduct initial discovery calls to understand client needsSchedule meetings and demos for senior sales or technical teamsMaintain CRM records and track outreach activitiesCollaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategiesResearch target industries and companies to identify potential opportunitiesAchieve and exceed monthly lead generation and pipeline targetsRequirements2+ years experience in business development, sales, or lead generationExperience in B2B outbound salesStrong communication and negotiation skillsExperience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)Ability to manage high-volume outreach campaignsSelf-motivated with strong organizational skills
