We are seeking highly skilled Senior IT Technical Recruiters to join our world-class team. This role focuses on sourcing, screening and placing top technical talent in Latin America for U.S.-based companies.

* We look for 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an agency setting or a high-growth tech environment.
* Proven experience recruiting diverse Information Technology roles is required.
* Strong understanding of technology trends and passion for working with technical professionals is essential.
* Ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment is crucial.
* Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is beneficial.
* High level of professionalism, integrity and customer service focus is necessary.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and modern ATS systems is expected.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment process, building pipelines of candidates, evaluating applicants and developing scalable recruiting processes to support growth.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers and onboarding.
* Build strong pipelines of both LATAM and U.S.-based technical candidates using creative sourcing strategies.
* Leverage various sourcing tools such as internet research, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn, ATS mining and cold calling.
* Evaluate applicants by comparing qualifications to job requirements and conducting initial screening interviews.
* Post job advertisements across relevant platforms such as LinkedIn, Dice, CareerBuilder and niche tech sites.
* Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand role requirements and deliver top candidates quickly.
* Maintain data accuracy in ATS and track recruiting metrics for reporting and continuous improvement.
