They will promote and sell our ingredient portfolio using a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow sales with existing customers while actively developing new leads and prospects in Brazil.- Promote and sell our ingredient portfolio using a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.- Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations aligned with market trends and technical requirements.- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders (R&D, Purchasing, Senior Management).- Prepare clear and effective proposals, quotations, and commercial documents.- Collaborate with internal teams (product management, logistics, quality, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth project execution.- Monitor competitors, market dynamics, and opportunities for new products or applications.- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with efficiency and professionalism.- Maintain accurate records of activities and pipelines in CRM/ERP systems.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree required;
advanced degree is a plus.- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in nutritional ingredients, food & beverage, or dietary supplement industries.- Proven experience in account management, business development.- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.- Ability to work effectively across cultures with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.- High level of emotional intelligence and adaptability.
