Are you ready to help us?Job Description: As a senior headhunter you will help us to find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. Living standards in Sweden are great by international comparisons, and we need a lot of engineers. Your job will be to find them and inform them about all the benefits of living and working in Sweden. To move to another country is often one of the biggest leaps in life, so a lot of your job will be to build trust with suitable candidates. Supporting you in these tasks, you will have the assistance of a competent global team of recruiters, as well as an executive management team in Sweden. In addition you will be supported by our Swedish delivery management team that handles all practical matters related to the relocation to Sweden for our consultants. In short we fix everything for our employees - visa, work permits, tickets, arrangement of housing, you name it - we fix it!Our clients are primarily within the fields of software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development. Your work will be planned and executed together with your colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam. You will be part of an efficient team characterized by the joy of helping engineers and their families build a new career and life in Sweden. Responsibilities
Identify and recruit engineers for Sweden across IT sectors, building a solid network of local engineering talent.
Provide service-oriented recruitment with a flexible mindset to find the best solution given the challenge.
Maintain high quality and brand awareness; understand or learn headhunting and the IT outstaffing/outsourcing model.
Communicate opportunities to candidates and manage candidate relationships to build trust for relocation.
Collaborate with global recruiters, Sweden-based management, and the delivery team to support relocation logistics.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or equivalent technical experience.
Solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset and a focus on finding the best solution.
High quality and brand awareness; understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
Upper intermediate English.
Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
Analytical, well organized with attention to detail; ability to identify and close a recruitment request.
Self-confident, social, friendly and motivated; able to handle a ‘no’ and persevere.
Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues and customers.
Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
Employment details
Extent & Duration: Start ASAP. Full-time. Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur. Minimum 12 months. Eight hours of efficient work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
Location: Work from home or from a co-location center of your choice.
Economy: Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. Free national holidays with maintained payment. 20 paid vacation days. Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
