* Team Leadership: Lead the team based on material, design, and process pillars to support overall research and development mechanism.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate alignment of research and development teams with body protection global category management teams to grow business through innovative product development.
Requirements
* Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people development skills are essential for this role.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Technical Knowledge: A bachelor's degree in material science, materials engineering, or related fields is mandatory. 5+ years of experience in R&D as a manager and 5+ years of experience as a people manager are also required.
