Sales Senior Manager is responsible for drive Sales business unit based on GMF Core Values (Integrity, Customer for Life, Teamwork, Excellence, Team Members & Communities, and Inclusion, as well as our Strategic Priorities (Think Customer, Partner with GM, Go Digital, Operational Excellence and Culture to Win), delivering the customer value through GMF products.
- Management of GMF Sales team members and product KPI’s
- Create and implement Sales and Marketing strategies, to achieve the product growth plan
- Business Interface with the OEM, Dealers, Dealers Association, Third-Party Partners, internal and external customers, and vendors
- Data analysis, forecast, and other information’s that could potentialize the creation or development of strategies, based on opportunities and operational process improvement
- Support the management of Top Partner meritocracy program (related KPI) and use the program benefits to support the product growth strategy
- Lead the analysis and strategy creation with the OEM to potentialize incentives and increase sales volume
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Economy or Engineering or similar required,
- Experience of vehicle retail finance business, banks or pricing,
- Understanding of GMF business operations and business acumen,
- Proven history of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle and results
- Fluent in Portuguese and English languages, Spanish is Desirable
- Effective written and verbal presentation skills with an ability to communicate well with Leadership, Partners, and Stakeholders
- Analytical and Strategic thinking with the ability to evaluate and innovate
- Sales and team leadership to foster product growth teamwork, influence and motivate others, and lead
