The Account Manager is a key position within our organization, responsible for driving business growth and development.
Reporting to the management team, you will define goals, manage and acquire a client portfolio, and execute the expansion plan for the assigned market.

Main Responsibilities:

* Building Relationships: Develop strong business relationships with hotels in your portfolio.
* Rates Optimization: Optimize inventory, availability, and the competitiveness of rates offered through the Reservations Center.
* Negotiation: Negotiate conditions to maximize conversion and ensure the highest competitiveness index for assigned hotels.
* Demand Analysis: Analyze demand data and booking patterns using internal tools to align contracted products with demand from our agency network.
* Online Marketing: Advise on online marketing and direct sales strategies.
* Business Opportunities: Identify opportunities for new products, offers, or services in coordination with department heads and the Business Acceleration area.
Requirements:

* Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience.
* Education: Education in tourism or a related field.
* Customer Orientation: Proven customer orientation skills.
* Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills.
* Language Skills: Advanced level of English.
