They prioritize direct-response advertising and are dedicated to optimizing creative strategies to improve ad performance.What You'll Do: Our Client is seeking a skilled Video and Image Ad Editor to create high-performing advertising content for paid social platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in editing video ads and designing image ads that drive conversions.Core Responsibilities: • Edit high-performing video ads for platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. • Transform raw footage, UGC, and creator content into conversion-focused ads with strong hooks, pacing, and retention strategies. • Design compelling image ads that balance typography, hierarchy, and visual clarity to drive clicks and conversions. • Create multiple creative variations to support testing strategies and improve ad performance. • Apply on-image text that is clear, scroll-stopping, and aligned with brand voice. • Ensure all assets are optimized for platform specs, placements, and mobile-first viewing.Required Experience and Qualifications: • Proven experience editing video specifically for e-commerce or direct-response advertising. • Strong understanding of what makes paid social creative convert, including hooks, pacing, captions, CTAs, and pattern interrupts. • Ability to create a variety of video ad styles (UGC-inspired, promotional, testimonial, feature-focused, offer-driven). • Demonstrated ability to design high-quality text-driven image ads built to sell. • Excellent typography skills, including text hierarchy, readability, spacing, and composition. • Comfortable producing creative at volume without sacrificing quality. • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or similar. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow best practices and legal guidelines while exploring new creative directions. • Ability to take direction, implement feedback quickly, and meet deadlines.Preferred Skills: • Experience with direct-response formats and UGC-style editing. • Familiarity with before/after iterations or creative variations.Personality: • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail. • Adaptable and open to feedback and new ideas. • Strong communicator with the ability to work well under pressure.Software & Tools: • Adobe Creative Suite • Premiere • Photoshop • Illustrator • After Effects or similar tools.English Level: C2Schedule: 9-5 ESTSalary and Benefits: • Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
