Artwork Controller - This role requires strong coordination across multiple stakeholders and ensures delivery of high-quality, compliant, and timely artwork across regional markets. Role OverviewThe role involves managing the complete artwork lifecyclefrom initial brief creation to final approval and release. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Regulatory Affairs, Packaging, Quality, Marketing, Supply Chain, and external vendors/printers to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. You will also play a key role in driving process improvements, supporting system enhancements, and ensuring operational excellence in artwork and labeling workflows. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end artwork development process (brief to final release)Ensure all packaging and labeling artwork meets global regulatory and quality standardsAct as a key liaison between internal teams and external vendors/agenciesValidate project briefs and resolve gaps or discrepancies with stakeholdersManage multiple concurrent projects with strict timelinesCoordinate review and approval workflows in PLM/electronic systemsSupport RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and implement CAPA actionsMaintain issue logs and support escalation managementParticipate in content lock and alignment meetingsEnsure design-to-print feasibility (CMYK, Pantone, dielines, bleed, etc. )Track project progress, risks, and key milestonesSupport process improvement and digital tool optimization initiativesProvide training and guidance to junior team members when requiredRequirementsBachelors degree in Life Sciences, Business, Packaging Technology, or related field10 years of experience in artwork / labeling / packaging / regulatory / proofreading rolesStrong experience in pharma / medical devices / consumer health industryHands-on experience with PLM systems (Agile, Veeva, Loftware, GLAMS, Veraciti, etc. )Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro)Strong understanding of pre-press and print processes (CMYK, Pantone, dielines, bleed)Experience with proofreading tools (GlobalVision, TVT, InformCC)Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder handling skills
