Job Title: Scheduler for Home Care Operations
Are you a skilled scheduler with experience in home care operations? We're seeking a professional to manage schedules, coordinate care, and ensure seamless client coverage.
We're looking for someone who is tech-savvy, comfortable working with AI-driven tools, and has strong problem-solving skills. If you have experience speaking with physicians, clinic staff, or healthcare providers, and are familiar with EMR/scheduling systems, we'd love to hear from you.
1. Manage caregiver schedules: Ensure continuous client coverage by managing caregiver schedules, call-outs, and no-shows.
2. Handle scheduling calls: Handle inbound (and some outbound) scheduling calls and texts from caregivers, clients, and agencies.
3. Use scheduling systems: Use scheduling and EMR systems (such as WellSky, AxisCare, ClearCare, or similar) plus client's proprietary platform.
4. Proactively identify gaps: Proactively identify coverage gaps and resolve scheduling conflicts in real time.
5. Document updates: Document updates accurately in the system to avoid missed calls or service disruptions.
6. Collaborate with teams: Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth handoffs across shifts and 24/7 coverage.
7. Provide feedback: Provide feedback and suggestions to improve scheduling processes and the client's platform.

Requirements:
* Experience: 1–2+ years in U.S. healthcare operations, patient coordination, or provider support roles.
* Communication skills: Proven experience speaking with physicians, clinic staff, or healthcare providers.
* Technical skills: Familiar with EMR/scheduling systems (e.g., WellSky, AxisCare, ClearCare).
* Problem-solving skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve urgent scheduling conflicts.
* Remote work experience: Past experience working with U.S.-based teams in a fully remote role setup.
