Job Responsibilities
* Develop new overseas markets, establish and maintain customer relationships to increase the company's market share; gather market and competitor intelligence;
* Maintain existing client relationships through regular communication to understand needs, provide solutions, handle inquiries and complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction;
* Be proficient in international trade contract terms and legal requirements, overseeing the entire contract and order management process;
* Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements
* Degree in business, life sciences, or related fields with solid professional knowledge;
* Adaptability to cross-cultural work environments with strong international client communication, negotiation, time management, and organizational skills;
* Fluent Portuguese proficiency to conduct business liaisons as a working language;
* No work experience required; recent graduates or overseas returnees are welcome to apply;
* Work location: Shanghai or assigned office location.
