Business Development Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join our sales team in business development activities across various countries.
* Identify and assess opportunities in the public sector through procurement portals globally
* Support proposal preparation by gathering relevant data and documentation
* Develop project references and CVs tailored to meet tender requirements
* Collaborate with colleagues to maintain an internal knowledge base of public tenders and best practices
Key Skills:
* Fluent in Portuguese, with business-level proficiency in German and English (B2-C1)
* Excellent skills in MS-Office, particularly MS-Excel and MS-Teams
* Strong planning, organizational, and communication abilities
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive, able to take ownership and learn quickly
* Interest in public sector processes, international collaboration, and technology-driven projects
