Key Responsibilities:
As a Business Technical Service Analyst, you will establish positive relationships with clients to develop and maintain long-term relationships. You will understand the client's business objectives and expectations and provide support for assigned relationships.
You will participate in evaluating client business requirements, estimating efforts, and guiding clients to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue. Additionally, you will convert client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and present them internally and externally to secure requirement sign-off.
