* Proficiency in troubleshooting issues and resolving from L2 and L3 support perspectives
* Ability to implement changes and enhancements on applications developed in .Net
* Capacity to create and manage documentation for applications developed in .Net
* Strong knowledge in application integration using APIs or Views
* Willingness to be on-call at weekends and night shifts
