Key Responsibilities Gather analyze and document business requirements through interviews workshops and stakeholder meetingsTranslate business needs into functional and technical specifications focusing on Oracle Forms and Reports based applicationsCollaborate with developers QA and DBAs to design build and test Oracle Forms based solutionsPerform gap analysis impact assessments and propose process improvements or system enhancementsParticipate in system testing UAT and user training to ensure solutions meet business expectationsProvide production support issue resolution and performance tuning for existing Oracle Forms and Reports applicationsAct as a liaison between business users and technical teams ensuring clear understanding and alignmentPrepare documentation including BRDs FSDs use cases process flows and technical manuals
