Why RTB House?

As a Technical Account Manager, you'll be the go‑to expert ensuring campaigns not only launch smoothly but perform flawlessly. You'll own the technical relationship with a dedicated book of business—digging into data, troubleshooting discrepancies, and making sure every tag, pixel, and placement is doing its job. Whether it's diagnosing delivery issues or optimizing performance across publishers, you'll bring clarity to complexity and confidence to every client touchpoint.

You Will

* Serve as the main technical point of contact for a dedicated book of RTB House business.
* Investigate and troubleshoot campaign performance issues, including complex discrepancies, frequency analysis, publisher and host performance, tag drop‑offs and other important campaign issues.
* Monitor pacing and delivery to ensure campaigns are on track to deliver both budget and client goals.
* Work closely with clients to ensure that RTB House tracking codes are functioning across the websites and troubleshoot when necessary.
* Support knowledge sharing, training, and developing best practices across the TAM team.

Desired Experience

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 3+ years working as a Technical Account Manager or Campaign Manager, ideally in digital advertising.
* Excellent technical aptitude and acumen; ability to quickly learn the DSP, optimize and improve monthly client performance.
* Hands‑on experience with The Trade Desk, Google Display & Video 360, Xandr, Amazon DSP or other demand‑side platforms.
* Familiarity with product feeds and the ability to interpret data accurately in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
* Experience with Google Analytics, including configuration and interpretation of data at a high level.
* Basic coding knowledge is a plus (HTML, JavaScript, or Python).
* Strong learning agility and intuitive understanding of how new features work.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and proven track record of working across multiple teams and stakeholders.
* Familiarity with the programmatic landscape, including DSPs, DMPs, RTB, tagging and bidding.
