Telecommunications Sales Specialist
* Sell wireless plans, iPhones and internet services to Mandarin-speaking clients in the United States.
* Conduct customer consultations via WhatsApp or phone.
* Manage client leads generated from our online marketing campaigns.
* Guide customers through the sales process and provide support with onboarding.
* Collaborate with our operations team and other remote staff members.
* Provide feedback to help improve our outreach efforts and customer experience.
The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of sales experience, fluency in English, a proven track record in closing high-value deals, strong communication skills and reliability.
