Senior Agile Coach
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agile Coach to join our team. As a Senior Agile Coach, you will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for our teams.
* Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for the teams.
* Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
* Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum frameworks.
* Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.
* Track team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, and work to improve productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead efforts to align Scrum practices with our digital marketing strategy and goals.
* Provide guidance on managing dependencies between teams and coordinating cross-team collaboration.
* Stay current with industry trends in Agile methodologies, applying relevant advancements to improve team performance.
