About This Financial Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized financial professional who can handle all aspects of bookkeeping, from managing accounts to maintaining accurate financial records and reviewing data.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Record and reconcile daily financial transactions across multiple accounts in a timely manner.
2. Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure prompt payments and collections.
3. Reconcile bank statements with internal financial records for accuracy.
4. Prepare detailed financial reports, including profit & loss statements and balance sheets.
5. Process payroll and maintain payroll records accurately.
6. Assist in tax preparation and compliance to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
7. Organize and maintain digital financial documents efficiently.
8. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
9. Stay updated on bookkeeping best practices and industry regulations to maintain expertise.
