Java Technical Director
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Technical Director - Full Stack (Java and React) to guide our team in building scalable, high-quality web applications. This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for architectural decisions, technical direction, mentoring, and ensuring project delivery aligned with business objectives.
This is a hybrid position based in Belo Horizonte, with on-site presence required twice a week.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications.
* Define and enforce technical standards and best practices.
* Provide architectural guidance and ensure scalability and maintainability.
* Serve as a key point of contact for stakeholders, communicating project progress and risks.
* Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and cross-functional teams.
* Perform thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality.
* Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
* Mentor team members and support their professional growth.
* Encourage a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Plan, prioritize, and manage development timelines to meet delivery goals.
* Stay updated on emerging technologies and evaluate their potential integration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
* Proven experience with Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
* Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
* Demonstrated leadership skills in technical teams and project environments.
