Requirements
* Experience in Java development for at least 5 years
* Java 8+
* SpringBoot
* Git, Gitlab
* Microservices and REST API
* Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL
* Messaging: RabbitMQ, Kafka
* Unit testing and test coverage
* Troubleshooting tools (ELK stack or similar) and APM tools (Dynatrace, Grafana, etc.)
* Design patterns, Clean Code, and SOLID principles
* Agile practices and methodologies
* Experience in large-scale or complex projects
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (or in progress)
