The Client Relationship Specialist will serve as the primary contact for our clients, managing their needs and ensuring seamless communication between them and our design/development team.
 * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.
 * Communicate client needs and expectations clearly to the design and development teams.
 * Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery of tasks and updates.
 * Proactively resolve issues, anticipate client needs, and address concerns promptly.
 * Regularly update clients on the status of their projects, keeping them informed and confident.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
