Business Analyst - Product Designer Role Overview
The Business Analyst – Product Designer is a vital component of the design team, partnering with business stakeholders and solution architects to deliver value-added features for sales, marketing, and billing teams. While the primary focus is on Service Sales CRM solutions, this role also provides exposure to a suite of enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess business processes, system landscapes, and user pain points to recommend technical solutions and workarounds.
* Facilitate requirements gathering and functional design sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
* Document detailed functional design specifications (epics, features, user stories).
* Lead refinement sessions with Scrum teams to review feature designs, estimate effort, and prepare for sprint cycles.
* Support QA and UAT test planning, execution, and bug triage.
* Presentation of live product demonstrations and preparation of release notes for end users.
* Participation in sprint planning, stakeholder communications, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
* Contribution to change management through documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement.
What You Will Need to be Successful
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product design, or related roles, ideally within CRM platforms.
* Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
