Job Title: Business Process Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Consultant to fill this key role.
Main Responsibilities:
* Process Analysis and Improvement: Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, identifying areas for enhancement and recommending solutions to drive efficiency and productivity.
* Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements that meet business needs.
* Change Management and Leadership: Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure seamless adoption of new processes.
* Risk Management and Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks associated with process changes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Essential Requirements (Hard Skills):
* Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a business analyst or process consultant in an IT environment.
* Languages: Advanced proficiency in English.
Tools and Abilities:
* Proficiency in business process analysis tools such as Microsoft Visio and Lucidchart.
* Experience with project management software such as Jira and Asana.
* Knowledge of SQL and experience with databases such as Oracle and MySQL.
