Senior Agile Coach
We're seeking a seasoned Senior Agile Coach to join our team. As an expert in Scrum methodologies, you'll facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives for cross-functional teams.
In this role, you'll:
* Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
* Foster collaboration among teams by facilitating integration of compliance requirements into the agile development process.
* Dive into data to optimize workflows and improve productivity through analysis of metrics such as velocity and burndown.
You will also work with product owners to manage the product backlog, ensuring clear communication of requirements. Your experience in leading efforts to align Scrum practices with digital marketing strategies is highly valued.
