What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert on all processes within the Revenue Cycle space
- Collaborate with the Team Lead to develop and oversee new hire onboarding materials
- Analyze, identify, and implement procedural changes to improve efficiency and maximize revenue
- Resolve client and audit issues, conducting research on outstanding claims
- Maintain compliance with state laws regarding cash processes and ensure thorough knowledge of recovery laws
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of related experience or an Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of two years of financial and/or business-related experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel required; Access strongly preferred
- Knowledge of revenue cycle practices
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or five (5) years of relevant experience preferred
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Understanding of Cotiviti policies and procedures
