Project Manager for Interpretation Services
Cadence is a leading language services firm providing due diligence solutions to expert networks, investment firms, consulting firms, and market research firms.
We operate as a remote-first company with staff located across multiple countries, each aligned to one of three time zones (APAC, EMEA, Americas).
Key Responsibilities
You will oversee interpretation projects, focusing on project management, client communication, and the recruitment of specialized language professionals.
* Scoping: You will engage with clients via email, phone, or WeChat to understand their needs and collaborate with colleagues to ensure quality, speed, and cost efficiency.
* Matchmaking: You will identify the most suitable linguist in our community for the client's objectives and present their experience in a relevant manner.
* Executing: You will synchronize expectations between clients and linguists, and communicate with clients post-project to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Fluency in English and an additional language is a valuable asset
* Experience with CRM systems similar to Salesforce
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, alongside strong client service abilities
* Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
