Job Description:
1. Solution Development: Develop solutions using Omni Studio tools such as OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards to build dynamic, customer-centric applications.
o Create technical specifications and designs for Omni Studio components.
o Customize and configure the Salesforce platform using declarative tools.
o Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components.
o Implement integrations with third-party systems using Salesforce APIs.
2. Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions.
3. Quality Assurance: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans. Manage the deployment process using tools like Salesforce DX.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience with Salesforce development methodologies and tools.
