Technical Cutover Lead
We are seeking a seasoned technical cutover lead to oversee the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA in our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for co-leading end-to-end SAP technical activities with project stakeholders and managing the technical landscape readiness.
* Co-lead end-to-end SAP technical activities with project stakeholders, including technical landscape readiness, completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities, and localization of SAP S/4HANA according to regional requirements.
* Collaborate with project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
* Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
You will track and report technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to project stakeholders through various channels. A strong understanding of SAP modules and their integration points is required, along with prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, with at least 5 years in a technical cutover or related technical leadership role.
* A strong understanding of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, BW) and their integration points.
* Prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with prior projects with a successful cutover to go-live with SAP S/4HANA.
* Familiarity with Agile and hybrid waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
