**CONTRAT**
**CONTEXT**
- You are joining the South America Purchasing team based in Curitiba. You will suport them on Supply Chain topics, with involvement on Purchasing topics, on a regional scope (Brazil and Argentina)
**MISSIONS**
**1.Strategy & Results**
- Support to execute Commodity strategy (RFQ game plan, tools & standards, etc)
- Monthly budget tracking with Finance, Purchasing and Supply Chain in your perimeter
- Update rate books timely with new lanes, volumes and frequencies for all itineraries, seaports and airports
- Benchmark competitiveness with digital tools (Xeneta for sea, DAT for road US, UPPLY for Europe Road, etc)
- Monthly Spend analysis vs budget
- Monthly Performance Review for each Business Group for the commodity
- Monthly market update (Risks, forecast, etc)
- Monthly savings performance tracking in the tool assigned by OP Mobility (TEMPO)
**2. Supply Panel management**
- Help organize supplier day with SC suppliers
- Manage supplier panel strategically (operational and business reviews )
- Confirm providers evaluation in Ecovadis
- Set-up new providers in Tempo/SAP
- Gemba visit to providers and to plants
- Invoicing Status with providers
- Performance review btw SC & Provider
- Update status of current and new programs
**3. Legal and golden compliance rules**
- Contracts (MSA) and beyond perfectly master legal topics and compliance related to the commodity
- Logistics Implementation Agreements LIA & Spec books signed by each provider
**4. Continuous improvement**
- Standardize invoicing checking process
- Find new solutions for benchmarking
- Push providers and plants to continuous improvement (VA-VE,..)
**5. Operational support**
- Help plants getting the visibility (Track & Trace) and the service they need
- Support new programs (quotes, spot movements, etc)
- CO2 emissions follow up
- Transport flows optimization ideas
- Master each flow for each lane (Lead time, route, stop, SC process, provider service, subcontractor, etc)
**6. Tools-Processes-Data**
- Tenders through the tools assigned by OP Mobility, as Tempo and TenderEasy
- Update TEMPO data base
**PROFILE**
- Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain or Business.
- First succesful experience (including internship/apprenticeship working on commercial side of the supply chain either as a purchaser or as a freight forwarder/carrier’
- Proactive, accountability for the work and demonstrate genuine interest in contributing to the company.
- Anticipation skills.
- Excellent negotiation / communication to represent OPMobility and manage the supply base
- Strong and convincing business judgment and analytical skills with large amount of data.
