Job Title: Web Merchandiser Job Type: Full-time / Remote Work Hours: US Hours - TBD Job Overview: We’re helping our client find a Web Merchandiser to optimize the on-site shopping experience to drive conversion, average order value (AOV), and revenue. In this role, you will manage product merchandising, site updates, and campaign execution across Shopify while contributing to a best-in-class customer journey aligned with brand and performance goals. Responsibilities: Own day-to-day site merchandising across Shopify, including homepage, collection pages, PDPs, and landing pages Execute product launches, promotions, and campaign updates on-site with speed and accuracy Optimize product assortment, categorization, and on-site search to improve discoverability Monitor site performance metrics (conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate) and implement data-driven improvements Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Growth teams to align on campaign strategies and execution Manage merchandising calendars and ensure timely updates for key campaigns and seasonal moments Conduct A/B testing on site layouts, product placements, and promotional strategies Ensure all site content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines Identify and implement UX/UI improvements to enhance the customer journey Troubleshoot site issues and coordinate with developers when needed Requirements Must-Have: -3 years of experience in web merchandising, preferably in DTC or e-commerce -Strong hands-on experience with Shopify (theme customization, product setup, collections, and apps) -Deep understanding of on-site merchandising best practices and conversion optimization -Experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics) -Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple updates simultaneously -Excellent organizational and project management skills -Fluent in English (written and verbal) Nice-to-Have: -Experience in beauty, skincare, or CPG brands -Background in CRO (conversion rate optimization) and A/B testing tools -Familiarity with personalization tools and on-site recommendation engines -Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments -Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus
