An IT Specialist will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting complex IT systems for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, install, configure, and support systems technologies, including servers, storage, and Active Directory.
* Consult with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* 3-4 years of experience in systems engineering with Microsoft 365.
* Strong background in Intune and mobile device management.
* Proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions.
* Solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
* Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles, and client service best practices.
This is a fully remote position, paying up to USD20 per hour.
