Artwork Controller
We are hiring a Artwork Controller to support and manage the end-to-end packaging and labeling artwork process within a global regulated environment. This role requires strong coordination across multiple stakeholders and ensures delivery of high-quality, compliant, and timely artwork across regional markets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end artwork development process (brief to final release)
Ensure all packaging and labeling artwork meets global regulatory and quality standards
Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external vendors/agencies
Validate project briefs and resolve gaps or discrepancies with stakeholders
Manage multiple concurrent projects with strict timelines
Coordinate review and approval workflows in PLM/electronic systems
Support RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and implement CAPA actions
Maintain issue logs and support escalation management
Participate in content lock and alignment meetings
Ensure design-to-print feasibility (CMYK, Pantone, dielines, bleed, etc.)
Track project progress, risks, and key milestones
Support process improvement and digital tool optimization initiatives
Provide training and guidance to junior team members when required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Packaging Technology, or related field
10+ years of experience in artwork / labeling / packaging / regulatory / proofreading roles
Strong experience in pharma / medical devices / consumer health industry
Hands-on experience with PLM systems (Agile, Veeva, Loftware, GLAMS, Veraciti, etc.)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro)
Strong understanding of pre-press and print processes (CMYK, Pantone, dielines, bleed)
Experience with proofreading tools (GlobalVision, TVT, InformCC)
Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder handling skills
