Job Description
A motivated, forward-thinking IT Specialist is needed to support our growing team. This role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks.
* Serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms.
About the Role
This position requires a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365). The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to train and support non-technical users.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* A working level of spoken and written English.
* Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
* Deep knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills; ability to solve problems independently and communicate solutions clearly.
