Job Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Management Specialist.
* The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple regions, ensuring timely interventions and corrective actions.
* This includes monitoring financial and personnel budgets, updating targets in the management system, and reporting results to senior stakeholders.
* Additionally, the successful applicant will be responsible for implementing and verifying management methodologies, continuous improvement practices, and SEO tools across regions.
* A key aspect of this role is leading the reporting process between senior management, plant managers, and department heads, ensuring alignment and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement effective action plans to address non-conformities and improve overall performance.
2. Collaborate with managers to organize and prioritize PO & forecast processes for overtime and indirect costs.
3. Provide guidance and support to teams in developing and implementing best practices for business continuity and risk management.
4. Maintain accurate records and reports on KPIs, budgeting, and performance metrics.
