It is locally connected to the international context through a partnership with the AVSI Foundation, an Italian NGO operating in Brazil since the 1980s, which fostered the creation of AVSI Brasil. Its mission is to empower vulnerable or emergency-affected individuals to lead their own development, their families, and communities through social projects across various sectors. The energy efficiency projects focus on implementing energy-saving actions in low-income communities, benefiting residential clients by reducing their energy bills through safer and more efficient electricity use. These actions are carried out within the concession areas of the Neoenergia Group's distributors. POSITION SUMMARY Supervise attendants' work, guide and monitor the team regarding the contractor's commercial and operational procedures. Plan and map the community areas for improved door-to-door team results. Assist in qualitative and quantitative surveys of equipment and lighting systems in consumer units; Validate and update equipment surveys to facilitate replacements; Perform luminotechnical measurements; Assist in scheduling energy efficiency actions with consumer units; Engage with representatives of consumer units to present, initiate, and maintain energy efficiency activities; Coordinate the team of electricians in both the capital and interior regions; Check and store new lamps/equipment received; Count and allocate old lamps/equipment for disposal; Input and process survey data in spreadsheets; Manage logistics of new and used equipment; Coordinate with logistics partners for the disposal of old lamps/equipment; Monitor on-site disposal of equipment/lamps by the contractor's partner; Track productivity indicators and prepare reports on replaced equipment per unit; Critically analyze activity execution, identify issues, and propose process improvements; Request issuance of shipping invoices for disposals; Conduct training sessions for teams as needed; Follow all procedures provided by the contractor relevant to the role.
