At Tetra Pak, we are looking for a dedicated professional to support the administrative activities of the Customer Issue Resolution team. This role is essential to ensure high-quality service delivery, focusing on the satisfaction of both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for meeting deadlines and managing costs, contributing to the company's operational excellence.
This position is based in Monte Mor – SP.
Tetra Pak does not offer work visa sponsorship or relocation support for this role.

What you will do
As An Administrative Assistant, You Will
* Manage technical documentation for the team's onboarding process
* Plan and coordinate safety training for the team
* Create purchase requisitions and orders for team needs (e.g., services, training, uniforms, tools, visas)
* Organize, control, and store all technical reports and documentation related to customer support
* Issue surveys to key stakeholders
* Analyze team hours and utilization, and generate reports
* Create and analyze reports to monitor KPIs (e.g., escalated issues, installed base, resolution time)
* Create and manage service orders for the team
* Track and follow up on action orders
* Provide administrative support to the Customer Issue Resolution team
* Support purchasing activities for the lab
We believe you have
* A degree in Business Administration or related fields
* Advanced English (for systems, emails, calls, and meetings); Spanish is a plus
* Solid experience in administrative routines
* Knowledge of SAP
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, as well as Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (with managers, cross-functional leaders, clients, and suppliers)
* Experience supporting contract management, organizing meetings and events
* Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and time management
* Proactivity, flexibility, and resilience
