SAP Technical Cutover Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Cutover Manager who wants to learn and grow. In this role, you will lead and coordinate technical SAP localization and deployment tasks throughout the project lifecycle, including technical landscape readiness and completion of remaining SAP build configuration and development activities.
Collaborate with leadership, project managers, functional leads, technical platform leads, SAP developers, and business stakeholders to complete all technical activities in a pre-planned sequence to ensure alignment with project goals, milestones, and specific deliverables.
Manage and document traceability between technical requirements, business requirements, completion of deliverables that meet requirements, testing activities, and defect resolution through go-live and into hypercare.
Provide leadership and mentorship to other cutover business and technical team members and adhere to SAP S/4HANA cutover best practices and standards.
Track and report technical cutover preparation and progress, risks, actions, issues, and decisions to project leadership through the Microsoft Asure DevOps (ADO) project management tool, meetings, emails, and project documents.
This role requires 5+ years of experience in SAP technical cutover management, a strong understanding of SAP modules, prior hands-on experience with SAP configuration, development, implementation, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical defects.
You should possess excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Prior experience with successful cutover projects to go-live with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable, as well as familiarity with Agile and hybrid waterfall project methodologies.
