Dutch Recruiter Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Dutch recruiter to support recruitment operations for our clients in the Netherlands market. As a remote-based recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and engaging qualified candidates, and maintaining exceptional candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage recruitment campaigns for roles across the Netherlands market
* Source and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media
* Coordinate interviews and feedback with hiring managers and candidates
* Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and outcomes
* Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless hiring delivery
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Dutch – excellent written and spoken skills are essential
* Prior experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) is preferred
* Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable working across time zones, especially EU business hours
