You'll work closely with international engineering teams, helping to design, automate, and operate reliable, secure, and scalable systems in a production-critical environment.This is a hands-on role withend-to-end ownership, exposure to modern DevOps tooling, and opportunities to mentor junior engineers while contributing to platform stability and continuous improvement.Your role and responsabilities:Design, maintain, and enhanceCI/CD pipelinesusingJenkinsandGitHub Actions Manage and support deployments across: OpenShift / Kubernetes AWS Bare-metal infrastructure(low-latency systems) Automate infrastructure and application configuration usingAnsible Support and troubleshootUnix/Linux systems, with integration intoWindowsenvironments Implement monitoring and observability using: Dynatrace(system monitoring and alerting) ELK Stack(centralized logging) Collaborate with engineering teams usingGitHub ,Jira, andConfluence Participate in release activities, including: Planned deployments Post-release verification Incident investigation and root cause analysis Join arotational weekend release schedule(approx. 1 weekend in every 5) Mentor and support the development ofjunior DevOps engineers LeverageAI-assisted tools(GitHub Copilot, Rovo, Devin) to improve delivery and operational efficiency Continuously improvedocumentation, standards, and DevOps best practicesRequirements and Qualifications:Advanced English StrongUnix/Linux administrationexperience Ansible : solid experience writing and maintaining playbooks and roles Git : confident using collaborative workflows Hands-on experience withCI/CD pipelines(Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions) Experience running workloads onKubernetes / OpenShift Scripting or coding skills ( Bash, Python, or similar ) Experience supportingproduction systemsNice to HaveAWS experience Exposure tobare-metal infrastructure ELK Stackadministration Dynatraceconfiguration and dashboarding Windows Serveradministration Experience inbanking, finance, or FX Exposure toregulated environments Experience working inKanban teamsPlease submit resumé in English
