Delivering a better way to cook
Responsibilities
* Recruit new customers by demonstrating our new stove and fuel product in group settings
* Help customers understand their monthly spending on cooking energy and demonstrate how our product saves them money
* Train new customers how to use the stove in their home, giving them tips so they better enjoy the cooking experience
* Develop excellent long term customer relationships through superior customer service and follow-up to both new and existing customers
* Prioritize all customers by responding to their questions in a friendly and professional way that makes them feel valued
* Record all customer sales and interactions in the company's database
Customer relations requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. A diploma also accepted
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in a subscription-based or renewable energy industry.
* A commitment to excellent customer customer service
