A global leader in IT consulting is seeking an experienced Middleware Consultant to join their team.
Job Responsibilities
* To lead and manage complex middleware projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
* To design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure middleware solutions that meet or exceed business requirements.
* To work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and infrastructure teams, to ensure seamless integration of middleware solutions.
* To analyze technical requirements and provide recommendations on middleware architecture, configuration, and optimization.
* To identify and mitigate potential risks, develop contingency plans, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferably)
* 3+ years of experience in middleware or system integration environments
* Knowledge of TIBCO BusinessWorks version 5 or newer
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
