Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales for the pet veterinary business to lead market development and sales growth in your local region.
1.Market Development & Business Expansion
Conduct local market research to analyze industry trends, competition, and customer needs;
Develop and implement regional sales strategies;
Identify and acquire new customers, including distributors, agents, and end clients;
Participate in international exhibitions and business meetings to drive brand localization.
2.Client Relationship Management
Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and strategic partners;
Conduct regular client visits to address business challenges and ensure smooth cooperation;
Coordinate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure prompt customer support, including order fulfillment and complaint resolution.
3.HQ liaison
Collaborate closely with headquarters or regional offices, providing regular market updates and sales reports.
Qualifications:
1.Resident in the local market:
Must reside in the target market country with strong knowledge of local language, culture, and business environment;
professional English business communication required;
2.Sales Experience:
Prior sales experience in medical devices, pet healthcare, pet products, or in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) preferred;
candidates with strong interpersonal and sales skills from other industries will also be considered;
3.Industry Connections:
Direct access to local pet hospitals, veterinary chains, diagnostic labs, distributors, or agents preferred;
proven sales success isa plus.
4.Self-Starter:
Ability to independently develop the market, acquire clients, execute sales plans, and meet performance targets with support from headquarters.
