Role Overview
As a Digital Strategist at Monks, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing strategic direction across digital platforms. You’ll help translate brand and creative strategies into impactful content plans, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns that resonate with target audiences and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development: Build and implement digital strategies aligned with creative direction and brand goals, crafting campaign mechanics and selecting key messaging for maximum impact.

Campaign Oversight: Define, track, and assess KPIs at each campaign stage to ensure strategic objectives are met, and provide performance-based recommendations.

Team Collaboration: Partner with Content and Community Management teams to ensure their work aligns with overarching strategy and brand positioning.

Analytical Insights: Leverage data and monitoring tools to interpret performance and continuously optimize content and platform strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Brand Strategy, Creative, Data, Paid Media, and Operations teams to co-create integrated strategic solutions.

What We’re Looking For

6+ years of experience in digital strategy or a related role within marketing, communications, or digital agencies.

Strong background in planning, executing, and analyzing digital campaigns across platforms.

Excellent analytical skills with a deep understanding of digital metrics and performance indicators.

Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Familiarity with tools such as Google Suite, Miro, Slido, and Jira.

Adaptability to new digital trends, platforms, and technologies.

Certifications in digital or analytics tools are a plus.

Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
