About Us

The Feed Media is a Facebook marketing agency specializing in paid growth - we work with clients like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jay Shetty, MDHair, and other category-leading E-comm and personal brands.


We're a 23-person team, doubled over the last year, and will double again in 2026.


Note: You are NOT required to be in New York for this role, we welcome applicants from anyone in PST / CST / EST time zones.


The Role

As a media buyer, you’ll own performance analysis and ad account management across all of your clients. You’ll identify gaps in account structure, test process, grad or win rates, targeting, placements, bid strategies, and ad set-up


Meta Ads Management (60%)
* Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns, including audience targeting and budget allocation
* Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPM, CTR, conversion rate, CPA/CPL) to identify winning creative
* Understand what constitutes good performance across different metrics and industries
* Connect creative decisions to performance outcomes and iterate based on data


Google Ads Management (Paid Search + GDN) (20%)
* Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns across Paid Search and GDN, including keyword targeting, audience segmentation, and budget allocation
* Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, conversion rate, CPA/CPL, impression share) to identify winning campaigns and search intent
* Understand what constitutes strong performance across different campaign types, keywords, and industries
* Connect targeting, bidding, and landing page decisions to performance outcomes and iterate based on data


Client Management (10%)
* Distill performance data into actionable insights for your account manager to share with clients
* Communicate creative rationale effectively to stakeholders


Funnel optimization (10%)
* Identify gaps in message-market fit, untapped niches within the market, creative formats, placement-specific performance, etc.
* Identify gaps in post-click experience, including the landing page, mobile vs desktop, cross-sells/upsells, etc.


Our Ideal Candidate
* 2+ years managing ad account spending at least $100k+ USD a month
* You drive projects forward/are high-agency - you tell us what you’re doing, why, and if there are roadblocks, how you think they can be solved
* You can take ownership of relationships and confidently lead meetings
