Our Clinical LIMS Europe Program will be the central Laboratory Information Management System across Europe, and this role is key to defining and delivering the product roadmap.Job DescriptionAs a Delphi Developer, you will work with a dedicated team to develop enhancements to a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and support its multiple customers.Location & Business SupportBrazilHow can you help us?You will interact with Product Owners and stakeholders to:Estimate complexity and workloadSelect appropriate technical solutionsDesign, develop, and deploy changes to the LIMS based on user requirementsSupport the LIMS collaboratively with team membersWork with Engineers/QA to ensure high-quality solutionsImplement good practices and standardsAre you our kind of extraordinary?4+ years of experience with Embarcadero Delphi 2006 or later (Delphi 12 preferred)Experience with Delphi for Windows Services and UI Forms is a plus4+ years with Oracle PL/SQLStrong knowledge of server-side development with Delphi and/or Oracle PL/SQLAnalytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skillsUnderstanding of relational databases (Oracle 9i, 11c or later)Knowledge of Agile practices, especially Scrum/KanbanExperience working with Business Analysts and ArchitectsSome experience in test-driven development and automationComfortable with unit testing and mocking in DelphiAbility to translate functional requirements into technical solutionsEducation:Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related fieldAdditional InformationPlease submit your application in English, as our team is international.Working hours:Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00, Hybrid WorkWe support your development and encourage applications even if you don’t meet 100% of the requirements.
